Is it for you?

Good fit

  • You run an online store on your own domain. Shopify works best; WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Webflow work too.
  • People visit, but not enough of them buy.
  • You want a short, ordered list of fixes, not a vague opinion.

Not a fit

  • Service businesses, apps or lead-gen sites.
  • Amazon, Etsy or other marketplace listings.
  • Stores behind a password or not launched yet.
  • Getting the fixes built for free. The audit tells you what to change; building it is paid work.

What’s inside the audit

  1. 01

    A score out of 10

One overall score, plus counts of high and medium impact problems, so you know where you stand.

  2. 02

    Speed and basics

Mobile performance, accessibility and SEO scores from Google Lighthouse.

  3. 03

    The biggest problems, with screenshots

The highest-impact issues, each with a screenshot of where it happens and a specific fix.

  4. 04

    Every issue, page by page

Home, collection, product, cart and the first checkout step, each issue rated high, medium or low impact.

  5. 05

    Your customer and your competitors

Who your buyer is, and 4 to 5 comparable brands with what they do well that you can borrow.

  6. 06

    Where to start

Quick wins you can ship in days, then bigger changes for the next few months.

  7. 07

A brief for your first screen

A written brief for a stronger hero: what it should say and show. Strategy only, no design files.

The report is a web page with five tabs: Overview, Big Picture, Customer & Market, Issues and Action Plan. It’s yours to keep and share with your team.

How it works

  1. 01

    Send your store link

Takes a minute. Tell me the platform and anything you want me to look at first.

  2. 02

    Your store gets captured

A tool browses your store like a shopper, on desktop and mobile, from the home page to the first checkout step, and runs Google Lighthouse. Nothing is bought.

  3. 03

    Checked against 217 points

About 30 checks are scored automatically from your pages’ code and Lighthouse. The rest are judged from the screenshots: AI drafts the write-up and I review every finding before it goes out.

  4. 04

    Report in your inbox

Within 3 business days you get a link to your report, ready to share with your team.

I use these details only to make and send your audit and to follow up about it once. No newsletter. Your store link and email are kept in my audit records. The audit adds one product to a cart on your store and stops at checkout; nothing is bought.

Questions? Answered.

Yes, it’s free and there’s no call required. I do these because some store owners want help fixing what the audit finds, and that’s how they find me. The report is yours either way.

Live online stores on their own domain with a working cart. Shopify works best; WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Webflow stores work too. I can’t audit marketplace listings like Amazon or Etsy, social shops, or stores behind a password.

217 checks across the home page, collection pages, product pages, cart and the first checkout step, on desktop and mobile. Each check cites its source, including Baymard Institute, Convertcart and CXL.

Partly. A tool collects the screenshots, page data and Lighthouse scores, about 30 checks are scored automatically, and AI drafts the write-up. I review every finding against the screenshots before the report is sent, and cut anything I can’t back up.

Within 3 business days of your request. If I can’t audit your store, I’ll email you to say why.

No. It visits like a shopper: it browses, adds one product to the cart and opens checkout, then stops. Nothing is bought and no personal details are entered. You may see a visit and an add to cart in your analytics.

You get a link to a report page on agentparker.co, AgentParker being the studio name I use for audits. Search engines are told not to index it. It isn’t password protected, so anyone you share the link with can open it. I won’t publish it or use your store as an example without asking you.

Nothing, unless you want something. If you’d like help fixing what it finds, reply to the email or book a call. I design and build product pages, carts and landing pages on a monthly plan or as a one-off build.

One free audit per store. If you’ve changed a lot since, email me and I’ll see what I can do.
